As you embark on this application journey, envision yourself as part of our small yet dynamic crew, crafting dishes with flair in our charcoal-operated Josper oven. Just like the DeVos Performance Hall nearby, we're all about delivering high-volume excitement with every meal. Are you ready to join us on this flavorful journey?


Hosts are responsible for greeting and seating incoming tables. ย Keeping accurate counts of guests in the restaurant. ย Other tasks include rotating between servers for seating priority. ย Hosts are the first point of contact so a positive, happy attitude is a requirement.

Requirements

  • Experience:
  • Previous experience as a host/hostess or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.


  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with reservation and seating software is a plus.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism.
  • Basic math skills for managing waitlists and reservations.
