****Business is hopping at roadsurfer!! We are looking for a part time Station Specialist with Customer at Heart mindset, Fully Hand On drive and wants to help grow and develop our Millbrae station ****

The role - your passion

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • #1 priority is you lead & perform the exterior and interior cleaning of our RVs ensuring they shine, are safe and fully operational and ready for adventure!

  • Conduct vehicle inspections, identify and report visible or observable issues to ensure safety and readiness.

  • Safely operate and maneuver company vehicles within the station lot, including parking, staging, and repositioning vehicles in an active environment with other moving vehicles and pedestrians. Candidate must be least 21 years of age to operate company vehicles.

  • You explain and put a smile on our customers' faces as you hand over the keys to adventure when they pick up and return their camper and make their roadsurfer journey unforgettable

  • You manage the payment processes and check in rental payments and collect security deposits

  • You support our station team with all daily tasks and make sure that our #happyroadsurfers leave the station prepared for a awesome adventure!

  • You work hand in hand with the Station Manager on the daily operations and customer satisfaction

  • You are a self-starter and know the value in being brutally hands-on to get the job done

  • Valid in state drivers license.

  • Strong written/verbal communication skills; able to read, write and speak English to interact effectively with a global customer base.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

  • This position requires the ability to drive our company vehicles, due to insurance requirements, candidates must be at least 21 years of age.

  • Open availability to work weekends and holidays based on business needs.

WORK CONDITIONS

  • Job Type: Hourly, Full Time-Pay Range: $22.00 to $25.00 (based on experience)

  • Working mostly outdoors

  • Ability to lift and move at least 45lbs+
