Position: Transportation Router
Location: Harrisburg, PA
Transportation Router Responsibilities:
  • Implement efficient routing plans using Roadnet software, AS400, and related tools.
  • Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries while meeting Federal DOT guidelines.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring on-time deliveries and effective communication with team members.
  • Collaborate closely with warehouse and yard teams to facilitate smooth dispatch operations.
Transportation Router Key Skills Required:
  • Previous experience with Omnitracs/Roadnet routing preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
Transportation Router Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in logistics, route planning, transportation, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of Omnitracs and Roadnet applications is advantageous.
