Job description

We are a growing road construction company seeking experienced Paver Operators, Roller Operators, Lute Rakers, and Paver Screw Operators to join our asphalt paving crews. Candidates must have prior asphalt paving experience and the ability to operate paving equipment safely and efficiently while assisting with asphalt placement, grading, rolling, and compaction. Team members are responsible for maintaining proper mat thickness, joint alignment, and surface quality, following grade stakes and project specifications, working safely around heavy equipment, conducting routine equipment checks, and maintaining clean, organized job sites while following all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.

Qualified candidates should have previous asphalt paving experience, preferably in road construction environments, and be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while performing physically demanding tasks such as lifting and prolonged standing. Reliable transportation to our main facility in Citra, and the ability to work effectively as part of a crew are required.
