Job description

10-4 Logistics USA is actively hiring full-time W-2 company drivers to transport dry van freight across our over-the-road (OTR) network. Dispatching from our Cleveland, Ohio terminal hub, this position is designed for solo drivers seeking premium equipment, reliable miles, and consistent weekend home time. Required Qualifications

  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
  • One year of verifiable OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience within the last two years.
  • Professional conduct and a strong commitment to highway safety standards.

Fleet Responsibilities

  • Safely transport dry van freight throughout the contiguous 48 states from the Cleveland terminal.
  • Efficiently manage preloaded and drop-and-hook customer freight with no load touch.
  • Perform routine daily pre-trip and post-trip commercial vehicle safety inspections.
  • Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) hours-of-service records in accordance with applicable safety regulations.

  • Experienced Driver Pay: Average weekly earning potential of $1,750 to $2,000, with competitive pay of $0.71 per mile.
  • Refresher Pay Phase: A guaranteed weekly training rate of $1,200 is available for qualified drivers returning to active OTR operations.
