About the Role:

Are you a self-motivated leader with a proven track record in construction? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working outdoors? Then we want to hear from you!

As our Road Crack Sealing Crew Foreman, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our joint sealing projects. You'll supervise a crew, manage daily operations, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a crew in performing crack sealing tasks
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship meets project specifications
  • Manage daily crew operations, material handling, and equipment maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Effectively communicate with crew members and customers
  • Prioritize safety and enforce safe work practices

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing construction crews
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work long hours outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
  • Basic computer skills and project management experience preferred
