Silver Star Construction is searching for an experienced Asphalt Crew Foreman to oversee paving operations on roadway and civil construction projects throughout Oklahoma.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Manage asphalt paving crews on roadway construction projects.
  • Coordinate equipment, labor, and materials for maximum efficiency.
  • Ensure paving operations meet project specifications.
  • Monitor production while maintaining quality standards.
  • Conduct toolbox talks and enforce safe work practices.
  • Develop crew members through coaching and training.
  • Complete required paperwork and production reports.
  • Inspect equipment and schedule repairs when necessary.
  • Work closely with project managers to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of asphalt paving experience.
  • Two or more years supervising construction crews.
  • Working knowledge of asphalt paving equipment and techniques.
  • Ability to read blueprints and construction plans.
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
  • Valid driver's license.

Physical Demands
