We're looking for motivated individuals to join our road maintenance crew. Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and repairing asphalt surfaces
• Routing and heat lancing
• Pavement Joint Sealing
• Driving trucks - CDL not required but a plus!

We offer:

• Competitive pay starting at $22/hour, increasing with Road Construction experience and/or CDL
• Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision insurance, and a 401(k) with matching
• On-the-job training - no prior experience necessary, but preferred
• Stable work environment with average of 50+ hours per week
• Opportunity to be part of a growing team

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation to and from work sites
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Must pass a pre employment drug test
