• Establish and nurture a positive and trusting rapport with clients to facilitate effective therapy experiences.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs.
• Lead therapeutic sessions for individuals and groups, employing evidence-based practices to promote mental and emotional healing.
• Regularly meet with clients to provide ongoing counseling, monitoring progress, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary depending on their evolving needs.
• Perform thorough evaluations of client progress through ongoing assessments and utilize feedback to inform treatment adjustments.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and refer clients to specialists when appropriate to ensure comprehensive care.

You will primarily work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and family dynamics. Our clinic recognizes the unique challenges faced by each client, and as an LMFT, you will play a critical role in their journey toward improved mental health outcomes. Your expertise will guide clients through their struggles, developing effective strategies that empower them to achieve their therapeutic goals.

• Must possess an active State license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• Experience in providing both individual and group therapy is essential.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills are necessary to effectively manage a diverse caseload and administrative tasks.

• Previous experience in a community health setting, particularly with underserved populations, is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches tailored to family and relational dynamics.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and teletherapy platforms to document client progress and maintain confidentiality.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
