ARMStaffing is looking for RN - ICU in Elko, Nevada

Shift: 12 Hour Night Shift

Unit Details: 2784 ICU

Job Description: As a Travel ICU RN, you'll deliver high-quality, patient-focused care in the Intensive Care Unit. You'll work alongside dedicated healthcare professionals, caring for critically ill patients and responding to life-threatening situations with confidence and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to ICU patients in accordance with facility protocols
  • Monitor vital signs, administer IVs and medications, manage ventilators and other life-support systems
  • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other nurses to implement effective care plans
  • Accurately document patient status and care provided
  • Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and state/federal regulations

Requirements:

  • Active RN license (Compact license preferred)
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Minimum 1โ€“2 years recent ICU experience
  • Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in new environments
