Reliable Nurse Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Interventional Radiology Manager for a travel nursing job in Hermiston, Oregon.

Travel IR RN Manager

5x 8 hr days

Definition of Position: The Interventional Nurse Manager coordinates all aspects (RN, RT, CVT) of patient care for interventional radiology and cardiology procedures utilizing a yearly operational budget in coordination with the OR Director. The Interventional Nurse Manager maintains working knowledge of all medical/legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements for the multidisciplinary interventional team (RN, RT, CVT) and ensures departmental compliance. The Interventional Nurse Manager provides direct supervision of the RNs, Rad Techs, and CVTs in the department. The Interventional Nurse Manager works with Radiology, Cardiology, and House Supervisor to coordinate interventional nursing and radiology technologist activity of the department for the day, as needed. The Interventional Nurse Manager reports directly to the OR Director. 

Experience Required: At least one year’s experience in Interventional Radiology or Cath Lab circulating and monitoring OR as a manager/supervisor/coordinator in an OR. Preferred: Management or Supervisory experience in Interventional Radiology or Cath Lab, IR/IC CDM maintenance, scrubbing interventional cases.
