About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department. The ideal candidate will be skilled in rapid assessment, emergency interventions, and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and emergency nursing interventions.

  • Administer medications, IV therapies, and emergency treatments as prescribed.

  • Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in clinical status.

  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.

  • Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR.

Requirements

  • Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) License.

  • Minimum 1+ year of Emergency Room nursing experience.

  • Current BLS, ACLS,PALS certifications.

  • ENPC, TNCC, and TNS certifications preferred.

  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and emergency response skills.
