This community hospital maintains a steady surgical schedule supported by a small, collaborative anesthesia team. Clinicians work independently across a diverse mix of surgical specialties, including general surgery, orthopedic, urology, ophthalmology, OB/GYN, ENT, pain management, and endoscopy cases. The facility operates under an autonomous CRNA practice model with organized perioperative workflows designed to support quality patient care delivery.

The caseload encompasses general surgery, orthopedics, urology, ophthalmology, ENT, OB/GYN, pain management, and endoscopy procedures. Proficiency in regional anesthesia techniques including spinals, epidurals, and blocks is required. The daily workflow is predictable, with three ORs in operation and a small team on site.
