Cybersecurity Manager (CISSP) - Active Secret Clearance

Location: Plymouth, Minnesota

Employment Type: Full-time

Required Clearance: Active Secret

Required Certification: CISSP or IAM Level III

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Manager to lead security compliance and risk-management activities for classified information systems. This position requires hands-on expertise in RMF, ATO, eMASS, NIST SP 800-series guidance, CNSSI 1253, and NISPOM requirements.

The successful candidate will implement, assess, and monitor technical, administrative, and operational security controls while supporting systems through the complete Authority to Operate (ATO) lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Information Systems Security or Cybersecurity.

Experience implementing and monitoring technical, administrative, and operational security controls.

Strong experience in achieving and maintaining ATO (Authority to Operate) for classified systems, with hands-on experience using eMASS

CISSP or IAM Level III certification (DoD 8570 compliant).

Strong knowledge of the following publications and frameworks:

RMF (Risk Management Framework)

NIST SP 800 series

CNSSI 1253

NISPOM Chapter 8 and related security publications

Experience with Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVAs), and SCAP Compliance Checker (SCC).

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), and Windows System Administration.

Experience reviewing Windows security event logs, vulnerability scanning.
