At Riverwood Center we have a team of caring and committed professionals providing a wide array of personalized services to individuals with behavioral health, intellectual & developmental disabilities and substance use disorders. Riverwood Center is located in beautiful Southwest Michigan with staff at seven sites across Berrien County. We are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities and a member of Southwest Michigan Behavioral Health, Michigan Association of Community Mental Health Boards, and the National Council for Behavioral Health.

Responsibilities:
โ€ข Responsible for consumer financial intake process and determination of Ability to Pay
โ€ข Updates financial, demographic and QI information
โ€ข Verifies insurance coverage and eligibility
โ€ข Completes support staff and reception duties
Qualifications:
โ€ข High School Diploma or equivalent.
โ€ข Knowledge of on-line systems and personal computers with a typing speed of at least 35 words per minute
โ€ข Prefer as least one-year experience working in a medical insurance billing office
โ€ข Requires excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
โ€ข Must be punctual, organized, have the ability to multi-task, and work independently
