STOCK CLERK
As a Stock Clerk for Traditions Hospitality Group in our high-volume establishment, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our bar remains well-stocked with all necessary supplies to provide exceptional service to our guests. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the smooth operation of our bar and the satisfaction of our guests.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Receive, unload, and organize deliveries of beverages, supplies, and equipment.
  • Stock and replenish bar inventory, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, mixers, garnishes, and other bar essentials.
  • Rotate stock and check expiration dates to maintain freshness and quality of products.
  • Assist bartenders and servers in retrieving and restocking items during service hours.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar storage areas, including coolers, shelves, and stockrooms.
  • Monitor inventory levels and inform management when stock is low or additional supplies are needed.
  • Perform inventory counts and assist in conducting regular stock audits.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Must be able to obtain an ABLE Liquor License.
  • Must be able to obtain a Gaming License (if applicable).
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in a stock clerk or similar role preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including cases of beverages and kegs.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to wear assigned costumed uniform.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT:
  • Stand and work in a bar environment for extended periods.
  • Lift and carry heavy objects, including cases of beverages and kegs.
  • Moderate to high noise levels.
  • Exposure to a smoky environment.
