We offer both fulltime and parttime opportunities, with availability on weekdays and weekends. Shifts typically fall between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., providing flexibility across a range of schedules.
About the Opportunity

Our Riverbend team supports an exclusive, membersonly club where exceptional service meets an extraordinary setting, featuring refined golf, dining, lodging, and spa experiences within a stunning 16thcentury English Tudorstyle mansion overlooking the Sheboygan River.

As a Server, you are a vital part of creating memorable, hightouch experiences for our members and guests across our Restaurant, Bar, and Banquet spaces. You'll deliver polished, attentive service while building genuine connections that keep guests returning season after season. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys collaboration, and thrives in a hospitality environment where attention to detail and elevated service truly matter.
Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and present menus in a polished, welcoming manner
  •  Communicate daily specials, menu updates, and provide knowledgeable food and beverage recommendations
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
  • Serve food and beverages according to established service standards and the course of the meal
  • Prepare mixed drinks for table service (must be 18+ and properly licensed)
  • Process guest payments accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain an exceptional dining experience by delivering items, removing completed courses, replenishing utensils, and refilling beverages
  • Observe guests throughout their visit, address questions, and respond promptly to additional requests to ensure satisfaction
  • Collaborate with kitchen and restaurant team members to support smooth operations and excellent guest service
  • Clear and reset tables, maintain linens, and perform basic cleaning or side work as needed
  • Stock and maintain side stations and restaurant par levels
  • Assist with overall restaurant operations, including seating guests and answering phones
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of resort amenities and services to confidently communicate offerings to guests
