WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Oversee commercial plumbing scopes on ground-up construction projects
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, change orders, materials, and subcontractors
  • Work closely with general contractors, field leaders, and trade partners to ensure high-quality installations
  • Lead project kickoff meetings, coordinate manpower, and monitor jobsite progress
  • Maintain safety standards, documentation, and compliance requirements
  • Build strong relationships with clients and represent our company professionally on every project


WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in construction design, finance, and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of piping systems, code requirements, submittals, and project sequencing
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and project documents
  • Solid communication and leadership skills - comfortable working with field teams and GCs
  • Proven track record managing budgets, schedules, and project documentation
