Kaufman Rossin is seeking aย Growthย & Risk Advisoryย Managerย to support the continued growth of our Risk Advisory practice. This role combines client service, engagement leadership, team management, business development, and technology enablement.ย You'llย work closely withย the segment leader,ย and other practice leaders to strengthen client relationships,ย identifyย new opportunities, and help develop practical, technology-enabled solutions.ย 

  • Manage successfulย internal audit, SOX, ERM, finance, and risk governance engagements from planning through completionย ย 
  • Serve as a trusted client advisor byย maintainingย strong relationships, managing expectations, and delivering exceptional serviceย ย 
  • Manage, coach, and develop Seniors, Staff, and contractors working in-office, remotely, and internationallyย ย 
  • Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and engagement qualityย ย 
  • Createย action-orientedย account plans andย identifyย opportunities to expand existing relationships and develop new businessย ย 
  • Support proposals, presentations, networking activities, conferences, and other practice growth initiativesย ย 
  • Participate in the firm's business development and origination program, including eligible origination incentives based on collected feesย ย 
  • Contribute ideas for AI-enabled tools, GRC solutions, and other technology improvements that enhance client delivery and practice operationsย ย 
  • Travel a minimum of approximately 25% based on client and business development needsย ย 

Requirements

What Skillsย You'llย Bringย 

  • 4+ years of experience in internal audit, SOX, enterprise risk management, finance, governance,ย and/or related advisory servicesย ย 
  • Experience managing client engagements, projects, and multiple priorities simultaneouslyย ย 
  • Demonstrated success managing and developing team members acrossย different locationsย and working environmentsย ย 
  • Strong client service, communication, presentation, and relationship-management skillsย ย 
  • Experience supporting business development, account growth, proposals, or sales initiativesย ย 
  • Familiarity with AI and technology-enabled solutions within audit, risk, finance,ย andย professional servicesย ย 
  • Ability to plan and execute professional events, conferences, and client-facing initiativesย 
  • Working knowledge of GRC platforms, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator,ย Fieldguide, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools; prior experience with every platform is notย requiredย ย 
  • At least one relevant certification, such as CIA, CISA, CPA,ย and/or an AI- or growth-related certificationย ย
