Job Title: HVAC Install Technician Work start time: 7:30 am - 5 pm

Pay Scale: Per- piece Pay for install work. Hourly Pay and bonus pay from $30-$55.00 per hour depending on experience + benefits

Position Summary: To provide installation of residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience. Assist with training install helper Technicians. Provide feedback to Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory and retail pricing. Follow training programs for the install department as needed and directed.
