Job description

THE WORK:

Ripple is evolving how we go-to-market, and we are looking for a technical GTM Systems Architect to join the Ripple Treasury marketing team. This is a high-impact individual contributor (IC) role focused on building a modern "Marketing Operating System" that leverages AI and automation to scale our treasury solutions globally. You will be the architect connecting multiple tools (Gemini, Claude, CRM, and automation platforms) to create a seamless, high-velocity engine for marketing campaigns and programs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Build the Marketing OS: Design and maintain a unified marketing operating system that connects disparate tools to automate the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing programs.
  • AI Integration: Deploy LLMs (specifically Gemini, Claude, and GPT-4) as logic layers within marketing workflows to automate content personalization, lead research, and campaign triggers.
  • System Orchestration: Use automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n, or Clay) to build "waterfalls" that link Ripple's internal data with external market signals.
  • Cross-Functional Engineering: Partner with Marketing Ops, Data Science, and Product teams to ensure the Marketing OS integrates deeply with Ripple Treasury's core data infrastructure.
  • Process Automation: Replace manual marketing tasks with automated agents that handle everything from regional trend identification to actionable performance reporting.
  • Technical Optimization: Continuously experiment with new AI tools and prompt engineering techniques to improve the speed, cost-efficiency, and ROI of GTM initiatives.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • The Hybrid Profile: 3-5 years of experience in GTM Operations, Growth Engineering, or RevOps, with a proven track record of building technical marketing stacks.
  • AI Expertise: Deep technical fluency with LLMs (Gemini, Claude) and an understanding of how to apply them to business logic and outbound automation.
  • Systems Thinking: The ability to treat a marketing strategy like a software stack-building repeatable, scalable, and automated workflows.
  • Technical Toolset: Proficiency in automation platforms (Make/n8n), data enrichment tools (Clay), and a strong understanding of API integrations. (Coding skills in Python or JavaScript are a major plus).
  • Analytical Rigor: A problem-solver who enjoys making decisions based on hard data and can provide technical recommendations for ongoing system improvements.
  • Communication: The ability to translate complex technical architectures into clear business outcomes for Ripple Treasury stakeholders.
  • Curiosity: A "builder" mindset with a commitment to staying at the forefront of the rapidly evolving AI and automation landscape.
