POSITION OVERVIEW
Our Appointment Setters are the first point of contact with our clients. We are looking for professional, confident, and energetic appointment setters to schedule appointments using our success-proven lead system. Not only will you be working with a great team, but there is also no cold calling! We offer an hourly + commission package, and paid training. The best part of all, there is opportunity for growth!
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • The candidate may be required to perform, but not limited to, the following:
  • Contact Company provided leads to set qualified appointments
  • Communicate with clients by phone, text and email to understand their needs
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the company’s various services
  • Establish relationships with past and potential customers to facilitate sales
  • Find potential customers through networking, cold calling and industry research to increase sales
  • Use data to help customers understand how products can help them achieve their goals
  • Complete administrative tasks, such as processing and recording sales in CRM and tracking data in excel or google sheets
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, amp; ABILITIES:
  • 1-2 years of call center experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and Salesforce or other CRM
  • Ability to contact customers, complete sales reports and manage other tasks independently
  • Reliable IT equipment, internet and adequate workspace.
  • Ability to handle high call volume
  • Previous experience with an auto-dialer(Ring Central)
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, including a Saturday rotation
EDUCATION amp; EXPERIENCE
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS amp; WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • Prolonged periods of standing or sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
