Position Overview:
First Ring BDC is seeking motivated, customer-focused Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will partner with automotive shops and serve as the first point of contact for their customers. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally
  • Schedule customer appointments accurately
