Job description

Genpact (NYSE: G) is a global professional services and solutions firm delivering outcomes that shape the future. Our 125,000+ people across 30+ countries are driven by our innate curiosity, entrepreneurial agility, and desire to create lasting value for clients. Powered by our purpose – the relentless pursuit of a world that works better for people – we serve and transform leading enterprises, including the Fortune Global 500, with our deep business and industry knowledge, digital operations services, and expertise in data, technology, and AI.

This post is for a position within the Experience unit at Genpact (Formerly Rightpoint).  Experience is Genpact’s capability for designing and improving the platforms, interactions and journeys employees and customers use every day. With deep expertise across leading platforms like Adobe, Microsoft, Sitecore, and Optimizely, we unite strategy, human-centered design, engineering and AI inside core enterprise systems, so experiences don’t just look better, they perform better, drive adoption and turn advanced technology into measurable business outcomes at scale.

The Agentic Workspace Solution Director is the strategic leader and senior subject matter expert for Genpact's Agentic Workspace solution. You will support the vision, intellectual property, and go-to-market for how we help enterprise clients reimagine the modern workplace through agentic AI — building, configuring, and demonstrating solutions on Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, and Microsoft Foundry, while remaining fluent across the broader agentic ecosystem (Adobe, Opal (Gemini), Anthropic, and beyond).

You will lead Genpact's proprietary IP in this space, Agentic Experience suite, and our Digital Workspace IP Spark Workspace and Spark Connect. You will partner with sales to run demos and hands-on configuration sessions, shape multi-platform proposals, and guide our internal teams in solutioning. Success in this role is measured by growth in Agentic Workspace pipeline and wins, the maturity and adoption of our IP, and the enablement of teams to deliver client outcomes that increase employee productivity and unlock new ways of working.

What You Will be Doing:

Solution Development & Sales Enablement

  • Agentic Workspace Solution Strategy: Collaborate with clients and Genpact sales teams to understand business goals, employee experience pain points, and the operating model the client wants to move toward. Define tailored Agentic Workspace solutions combining Microsoft technologies and translate technical capabilities into executive-friendly value stories with clear linkage to productivity gains, cost takeout, and revenue enablement.
  • (Required) Microsoft Platform Mastery: Serve as Genpact's senior solution SME for the Microsoft agentic stack. Maintain deep, current expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, Power Platform, and Microsoft Foundry. Maintain a deep understanding of Microsoft's agentic roadmap (new releases, private previews, partner programs) and translate that into opportunities for our clients.
  • (Bonus) Multi-Vendor Agentic Fluency: Bring credible, hands-on experience across the broader agentic ecosystem including Adobe, OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic. Advise clients on when to lead with Microsoft, when to compose across vendors, and how to make pragmatic build/buy/compose decisions. Use this fluency to design heterogeneous agent architectures and to position Genpact as a platform-agnostic transformation partner.
  • Sales Demos & Live Configuration: Act as the lead solution architect in the sales cycle for Agentic Workspace opportunities. Run high-impact, customer-facing demos and live configuration sessions. Showcase Agentic Experience suite, Spark Workspace and Spark Connect scenarios in front of client audiences. Drive discovery workshops, craft compelling proposals and RFP responses, scope effort, and coordinate with engineering to validate feasibility (scope, timeline, budget). Your goal is to increase win rate by delivering proposals that are both visionary and credible.

IP Ownership, Go-to-Market & Thought Leadership

  • Agentic Experience Suite IP Leader: Own the roadmap, productization, and evolution of Genpact's Agentic Experience suite. Define the offers, reference architectures, accelerators, and demo assets that make up the suite. Prioritize investment based on client demand and competitive differentiation; and ensure each component has clear value propositions, pricing, and delivery playbooks. Partner with Delivery and Engineering to harden field-built solutions into reusable IP and retire or refactor assets as the agentic landscape evolves.
  • Digital Workspace IP Leader (Spark Workspace & Spark Connect): Serve as the senior product owner for Genpact Experience's Digital Workspace IP, including Spark Workspace and Spark Connect. Set the vision and feature roadmap, drive design and engineering priorities, oversee productization and packaging, and ensure tight alignment with the Microsoft platform stack and the broader Agentic Experience suite.
  • Thought Leadership: Be a recognized thought leader internally and externally for Agentic Workspace. Author whitepapers, blog posts, and whitepapers; speak at industry events, Microsoft partner forums, and client roundtables; and contribute to Genpact's brand as a leading agentic systems integrator.
  • Change Management for Agentic Adoption: Recognize that introducing agents into the workplace is a change management challenge as much as a technology one. Advise clients on agent governance, role design, training, and adoption and bake these into the solution so that Agentic Transformation is sustainable, responsible, and measurable.

Success Metrics / KPIs

  • Solution win rate in deals supported (e.g., percentage of proposals with this architect’s designs that convert to project wins), indicating ability to craft compelling, value-aligned architectures.
  • Quality of architecture in delivery: measured by post-implementation results such as performance benchmarks, scalability (can the platform handle expected load), and low incidence of architecture-related issues or rework during build.
  • Client satisfaction and business outcomes attributable to architecture: e.g., a client’s improved site performance or quicker content deployment times due to the designed solution (mapping back to KPIs the architect aimed to achieve).
  • Reusability of designs / accelerators: number of times architecture templates or components (developed under the architect’s guidance) are reused across projects, indicating creation of scalable best practices.
  • Continuous learning: staying certified/up-to-date – for example, maintaining relevant certs and attending partner training; success can be partially measured by completing new certifications or contributing to thought leadership (blogs, tech talks) on multi-platform solutions.

 What We’d Like to See:

  • 10+ years in technical architecture roles for digital workspace and employee experience platforms, including substantial hands-on experience with Microsoft products (M365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, SharePoint) in complex enterprise implementations.
  • Microsoft Agentic Platform Mastery: Deep expertise across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, and Azure AI Foundry, with working knowledge of Power Platform, SAM, Entra, and Purview as they relate to agent governance. Hands-on experience building and configuring agents is required.
  • Customer-Facing Sales & Solution Strength: 10+ years in solution consulting, pre-sales, or digital strategy, including a strong track record of leading executive sales demos and hands-on configuration sessions for enterprise audiences. Proven ability to shape and win large, multi-million-dollar digital transformation programs from discovery through proposal and SOW.
  • IP Ownership Experience: Demonstrated experience owning and evolving productized IP including roadmap definition, packaging, GTM enablement, and field adoption. You understand the difference between a one-off solution and a repeatable asset, and you can build the latter.
  • Digital Workspace Domain Depth: Strong understanding of the modern digital workplace; intranets, employee portals, knowledge management, frontline tooling, and the Microsoft 365 collaboration stack.
  • AI and Digital Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated enthusiasm for and fluency in agentic AI, automation, and emerging tech. You can envision "what's next" for clients and incorporate that into solution plans, positioning Genpact as an innovator.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Team-oriented leader who thrives in a matrixed consulting environment. Able to lead cross-functional solution teams without formal authority (strategists, UX, engineers, and partner alliance colleagues) toward a unified proposal. Agency or consulting experience strongly preferred.
  • Self-Starter with Organizational Savvy: Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity. You manage your own time and priorities across multiple pursuits, develop new ideas with minimal guidance, and exercise sound judgment on when to involve others.
