Pipe Manufacturing Plant

Are you an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic looking for a stable career with outstanding benefits? We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team on 3rd shift at our pipe manufacturing facility. This position plays a critical role in maintaining production equipment, performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical systems, and fabricating repair parts to keep operations running efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery
  • Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems
  • Fabricate repair parts using shop equipment and tools
  • Rig, move, transfer, and install heavy machinery and equipment as needed
  • Inspect equipment and identify maintenance needs before failures occur
  • Utilize welding and fabrication equipment for repairs and modifications
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Required Qualifications
  • Strong industrial maintenance or mechanical maintenance experience
  • Extensive experience working with:
    • Hydraulics
    • Pneumatics
    • Valves
    • Pumps
    • Motors
  • Ability to read and use basic measurements and mathematical calculations
  • Experience operating welding and fabrication equipment
  • Ability to safely rig, move, and install heavy equipment
Equipment & Machinery Experience

Experience maintaining or repairing industrial equipment such as:

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
