Join Vancouver Coastal Health as a fullโ€‘time Psychiatrist focusing on community and outreach care in Richmond. This role combines both the Richmond Adult Mental Health Team and Assertive Community Treatment.

Vancouver Coastal Health is looking for a Psychiatrist to engage with Richmondโ€™s diverse community through 0.6 FTE on the mental health team and 0.4 FTE on the Assertive Community Treatment team. Your role will involve longitudinal care for those with serious mental illness, enhancing teamwork and clinical excellence within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assessments and treatment for serious mental health conditions
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in community settings
  • Engage in outreach-based care for adults with complex needs
  • Participate in the education of medical students and residents
  • Conduct quality improvement and leadership initiatives
Requirements
  • Full CPSBC license and CMPA membership
