About the Role:
YARBRO PLANTING INC is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Farm Worker to join our agricultural team in Blytheville, AR. This is a hands-on opportunity to be part of a dynamic farming operation where your work directly contributes to the success of every growing season. If you have a passion for agriculture and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops according to seasonal schedules
  • Operate and maintain farm equipment, tractors, and machinery safely and efficiently
  • Monitor crop conditions and report issues such as pests, disease, or irrigation problems
  • Perform soil preparation, fertilization, and irrigation tasks as directed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of farm facilities, storage areas, and equipment
  • Follow all safety protocols and agricultural best practices on the job site
