A Rice Farm Manager oversees the daily operations of rice farms, ensuring optimal crop production and efficient resource use. Their responsibilities include planning planting and harvesting schedules, managing farm workers, monitoring crop health, and maintaining equipment. They also handle budgeting, purchasing supplies, and complying with agricultural regulations. Effective rice farm managers use their knowledge of agronomy and business to maximize yield and profitability while maintaining sustainable farming practices.

What are some common challenges a Rice Farm Manager faces during the growing season, and how can they be addressed?

ABOUT OUR AGENCY:The Noah Pierce State Farm Agency is a growing, community-focused insurance office based in Helotes, Texas, proudly serving Helotes, San Antonio, Boerne, Bandera, and surrounding areas. We're looking for people who take pride in their work, enjoy helping others, and want to be part of a team that values both professionalism and genuine relationships.
Noah Pierce grew up in Rice Lake, Wisconsin, and attended Evangel University before moving to Texas with his wife, Becca. He began his insurance career as a licensed team member in his cousin's State Farm agency, where he discovered a passion for serving clients, building trust, and developing strong teams. That experience led him to open his own agency in 2020.
Since then, the agency has grown steadily to a team of approximately 15 professionals across sales, service, leadership, and operations. We're proud of the culture we've built-one rooted in accountability, support, and continuous improvement. As part of our long-term growth plan, we're excited to be opening a second location in April 2026, creating new opportunities for advancement and leadership.
Our mission is to help individuals and families cut through life's uncertainties and live with confidence-knowing their insurance coverage truly protects what matters most. We believe in education over pressure, long-term relationships over quick transactions, and showing up consistently for our clients and our community.
We're seeking team members who are:
  • Reliable, motivated, and eager to grow
  • Professional, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable building relationships and communicating with clients
  • Team-oriented, with strong ownership and follow-through
  • Interested in a long-term opportunity with room to develop

  • A structured, well-run agency with clear expectations and growth paths
  • A stable, expanding organization with long-term career opportunities
  • A culture that values people, performance, and doing things the right way
