ABOUT THE COMPANY
As our dishwasher, you will be the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps our kitchen in motion. By ensuring every Plate, pan, and utensil is ready, you’ll help line cooks focus on creating dishes our guest will remember Â
What are we looking for?Â
- Reliability and consistency and your team can count on you every shift. Â
- An appreciation for perfect execution and guest focused service.Â
- The ability to manage high volume production in a fast-paced environment.Â
- Attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness and safety Â
- Experience is preferred, but not required.Â

- The ability to lift & carry 35-50lbs unassisted.Â
- Must be able to move around 80-90% of your shift.Â
- Be able to carry trays of dishes.Â
- To be able to perform 8-10 hours of work at a timeÂ
A Dishwasher will:Â
- Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through the dish machine.Â
- Sort and stack clean dishes. Carry clean dishes to cook line and other proper storage areas. Rewash the soiled dishes before delivery.Â
- Change dishwater in dishwasher to standard.Â
- Wash pots, pans, and trays by hand.Â
- Remove trash and garbage into a dumpster.Â
- Set up or break down the dishwashing area.Â
- Manage overall cleanliness of the kitchenÂ
