Associate Director of Business Systems & Integrations

The Associate Director of Business Systems & Integrations is responsible for the strategy, performance, and optimization of the technology ecosystem that powers the company's direct- to-consumer operations. This leader owns the health and scalability of the business systems infrastructure connecting Shopify, Celigo, NetSuite, third-party logistics providers (3PLs), and other critical operational platforms. This role serves as the primary business owner and product manager for cross-functional systems integrations, ensuring seamless order, inventory, fulfillment, and financial workflows across the organization. The ideal candidate combines deep technical systems knowledge with strong operational expertise, exceptional cross-functional leadership, and the ability to solve complex business process challenges in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.
