RFPs outline the requirements, scope of work, evaluation criteria, and submission instructions to ensure potential vendors understand what is needed. Responding to an RFP allows vendors to present their solutions and pricing, helping the issuing organization select the best fit for their needs.

These competencies ensure the timely delivery of compelling proposals that meet client requirements and help organizations win new business.

What are common challenges faced by professionals working in RFP management, and how can they overcome them?
