Job description

Target is hiring an RFID Project Engineer to lead RFID infrastructure deployments at distribution centers in the DFW area. You will design portal layouts, specify reader and antenna configurations, manage installation contractors, validate read performance, and develop standards documentation for RFID deployments across the network.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of RFID deployment or RF engineering experience
  • Understanding of UHF RFID reader configuration and antenna selection
  • Experience with Impinj, Zebra, or Alien RFID hardware
  • Ability to conduct RF site surveys and interference analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, physics, or related field
