Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand RF Optimization and 802.11.
  • Collaborate with Tier 1 support: Act as an escalation point for complex Meraki-related issues, offering expert guidance to junior engineers.

  • Network optimization: Identify and implement improvements to client networks using Meraki’s features for enhanced performance and reliability.
