We are currently seeking an Accounting Manager who will be responsible for maintaining accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting as it relates to GAAP and Sarbanes Oxley. Responsible for supervision of staff to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all aspects of general accounting functions. AR/AP/Fixed assets, inventory, Actuals, Forecast & Budget reporting.
  • Responsible for month end closing process and to include compilation and distribution of reports to Amphenol Corporate team.
  • Ensure financial compliance with corporate accounting policies and external reporting requirements
  • Responsible for Sarbanes Oxley & COSO compliance
  • Participates in special projects as requested.
  • Maintains XA Finance modules
  • Ensure corporate deadlines are met.
  • Ensure compliance with Lease reporting standard as well as Revenue recognition
  • Monitors, analyzes and reports on inventory valuation, production and various other costs.
  • Analysis of E&O and recommendations for alternate use or disposal
  • Responsible for various reports to tax department and other tax authorities
  • Audit calculations for sustainability
  • Provides backup for Controller and department as needed.

Education / Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required with eight (8) to ten (10) years related experience in manufacturing industry.
