Key Responsibilities
- Support RF verification & testing of O-RAN radio products (outdoor/indoor) in R&D stage.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks in Python for validating radio products.
- Provide support for unit level radio performance integration and verification
- Provide support for overseas manufacturing test
- Provide support for new product integration test
- Perform troubleshooting to determine root cause of performance issues and test failures
- Drive continuous improvements of test processes
- Provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Electrical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution and 5+ years' relevant experience.
- Ability to develop from scratch automated test framework in Python
- Hands-on expertise with RF lab equipment such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators
- Understanding of applicable wireless technologies (e.g., LTE, 5G-NR) and industry standards (e.g., 3GPP, FCC)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary engineering team.
