Radio Frequency (RF) Engineer 
Location: Plano, TX Required Clearance: Top Secret  Since 1999, ITEC has been a powerhouse in supporting mission-critical programs for the DoD and Intelligence community, building a solid reputation along the way. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience with a variety of RF platforms, including Active Electronically Scanned Arrays (AESA), Digital Receiver Exciter (DREX) Subassemblies, and RF measurement equipment.  The successful candidate will collaborate with other Engineering disciplines to help address and solve complex system and sub-system issues that arise during production, testing, and fielded hardware. This position will require advanced technical investigations, troubleshooting, technical leadership, and knowledge transfer to team members.  Job Responsibilities: * Conducting failure investigations and providing recommendations to address systemic issues and to prevent recurrence. * Analysis tool development and simulation in support of problem identification and resolution. * Perform trade studies to optimize system performance and future developments. * Collaboration with Systems Engineers to develop and implement solutions. * Identify, manage, and mitigate technical risk. * Generate technical reports to present to management and the customer. * This position requires daily on-site support and is not open to remote work possibilities. * Expect to Travel 15% of the time. 
Required Skills: * A minimum of 8 years related experience in analysis of RF data, fault isolation, troubleshooting the system to WRA/LRU/Sub-system level, advanced in RF related equipment - Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Power Meters, Oscilloscopes and DMM's. * Experience with RF/Antenna testing in compact ranges and anechoic chambers. * Experience calibrating and maintaining chamber equipment for accurate measurements. * Experience of Active Electronically Scanned Arrays (AESA). * Extensive knowledge on Digital Receiver Exciter (DREX) Subassemblies. * Experience working on a production program. * Experience with generating analysis tools using MatLab. 
Desired Skills: * The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued SCI/SAP clearance is required. * Ability to support multiple site locations operations in a fast paced, dynamic, and results-based production environment. * Experience generating and presenting preliminary and critical design reviews. * Prior work experience giving technical briefs or presentations. * Excellent written and oral communication skills. 
Required Education: Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a related STEM discipline such as Math, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.   ITEC is a wholly owned subsidiary of ManpowerGroup Public Sector.
