Position Description
  • Development of new products and support of existing products including anechoic design, antenna design, performance testing, and other efforts involving electro-magnetics
  • Plan and direct other personnel in the development of tests and procedures for testing products and systems
  • Research and analyze data such as customer design proposals, technical specifications, and manuals to determine feasibility of designs or applications
  • Support of sales by providing application information and developing technical proposals and presentations
  • Devise methods and procedures for testing RF and electromagnetic products
  • Support technical customer inquiries and provide resolution
  • Provide support for calibration and manufacturing departments for RF related issues

Minimum Qualifications
  • Master's degree in electrical engineering specializing in electromagnetics or related field
  • 3-5 years of RF work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2 years of experience in RF and Microwave instrumentation
  • EM Simulation experience such as HFSS or CST microwave studios
  • Coding experience such as Matlab, C, or C++

  • Technical publications such as journals, conferences, and symposiums
