Pay & Shift Information
1st shift:

  • Pay Rate:$18.00 per hour
  • Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Must be willing to work overtime every other Saturday

2nd shift:

  • Pay Rate:$19.00 per hour
  • Monday – Friday, 3:15 PM – 11:30 PM
  • Must be willing to work overtime every other Saturday

3rd shift

  • Pay Rate:$19.00 per hour
  • Sunday-Thursday, 11:15 PM - 7:15 AM
  • Must be willing to work overtime every other Friday

What’s a Typical Day Like?
Production Technician – Housing

  • Performing metal forming, welding, and cutting operations for drive axle housing components
  • Operating manufacturing equipment and selecting appropriate tooling and fixtures
  • Monitoring product quality, troubleshooting issues, and performing rework as needed
  • Following safety and operational procedures

Production Technician – Gearing

  • Operating CNC machines and integrated production cells
  • Working with robotic load/unload systems and auto-gauging equipment
  • Setting tooling, offsets, and machine parameters
  • Monitoring machining processes including drilling, turning, grooving, facing, and threading
  • Verifying product quality using precision measuring instruments

Forklift Operators

  • Operating sit-down Forklifts, Order Pickers, and Reach Trucks safely
  • Picking, packing, labeling, and loading customer orders using RF scanners
  • Transporting and staging materials throughout the warehouse
  • Receiving inbound shipments and performing inventory tasks such as put-away and cycle counts
  • Maintaining safe and organized warehouse operations

Assembly Production Technicians

  • Performing the necessary tasks involved in the process of assembling components required to manufacture tandem front/rear heavy-duty drive axles
  • Operating and adjusting manufacturing equipment
  • Performing tooling, fixture changes, rework and repair operations on nonconforming material & preventative maintenance on equipment
  • Using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators to ensure quality standards

What are the requirements?

  • Assembly candidates:at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Forklift candidates:a valid Driver’s License and at least 1 year of experience operating stand-up and/or sit-down Forklifts
  • Basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrate manual dexterity, dependability, punctuality, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to stand, sit, walk, reach, and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis throughout entire shift
  • Some work areas may be hot and physically demanding. Candidates must be able to safely work in these conditions and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
