Join Our Team as a Production Associate!

Objective:
In this role, you'll play an important part in keeping our production running smoothly by working efficiently and following established procedures, instructions, and quality standards in your assigned area.

What You'll Do

As part of our production team, you may:

  • Perform tasks such as palletizing/depalletizing, case packing and sealing, blending and connecting bags, rework and sanitation, product inspections, and hand assembly
  • Maintain required production pace based on business needs
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and hygiene standards
  • Work in different production areas as needed
  • Follow verbal and written instructions and incorporate feedback
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Promptly report material shortages, quality concerns, food safety issues, or foreign materials
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and inspection-ready
  • Track lot numbers for materials used on your assigned line
  • Support housekeeping and assist other areas when production is low
  • Safely operate equipment such as a hoist (training provided as applicable)

Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to:

  • Stand for the full shift
  • Lift, twist, bend, stoop, push, and carry up to 15 pounds regularly
  • Occasionally lift up to 60 pounds
  • Work at heights and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity
  • Read, write, and perform basic math (weights, percentages, number sequences, color codes)

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to pass a background check
