Full-time

Job description

Why Aisle?
Aisle is redefining how enterprises secure their software with an AI agent for autonomous vulnerability remediation. Vulnerabilities are the #1 root cause of cyber incidents, yet most organizations take weeks or months to patch what attackers exploit in days. We're changing that.
Our mission is to protect democratic societies from the most sophisticated cyberattacks. We do that by giving organizations - including those operating critical infrastructure - the power to harden their systems and resolve security issues at superhuman speed and scale. Backed by world-class founders and advisors, we're creating a new category in cybersecurity at the intersection of AI, automation, and enterprise resilience.
We're a small, talent-dense team spread across the US, Europe, and Israel. We value high ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. If you want to work with world-class minds in AI and security, thrive in fast-moving environments, and care about solving one of the toughest challenges in tech, Aisle is the place for you.
We are seeking a visionary, highly strategic, and execution-focused Head of Marketing to own our global marketing strategy and build a world-class go-to-market engine. Sitting at the intersection of brand authority, product positioning, and lead generation, you will be responsible for scaling AISLE from an elite early-stage innovator into a dominant market leader.
Cybersecurity buyers (CISOs, CIOs, and SecOps) are highly sophisticated and famously skeptical of traditional marketing fluff. You will lead the charge in establishing AISLE as a trusted, high-value authority through technical thought leadership and account-based precision.
As our Head of Marketing, you will inherit, manage, and expand a multi-disciplinary team, taking full accountability for brand narrative, pipeline growth, and marketing infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Define, execute, and own the global marketing roadmap, aligning brand identity, demand generation, and product marketing with company revenue targets.
  • Team Management & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and scale our cross-functional marketing and operations team, directly managing roles across Graphic Design, RevOps, Content, and PR specialists.
  • Revenue & Pipeline Generation: Own the marketing funnel from end to end. Orchestrate scalable inbound engines and sophisticated Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns to generate high-intent enterprise pipeline for Sales.
  • Brand & Corporate Communications: Oversee our PR strategy and brand presence. Ensure our positioning cleanly translates complex, highly advanced AI concepts into high-impact narratives that resonate with enterprise decision-makers.
  • Marketing Infrastructure & RevOps: Partner with your RevOps specialist to oversee our marketing tech stack (CRM, automation, intent data platforms). Establish robust attribution models and dashboards to measure marketing ROI ruthlessly.
  • Product Marketing Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our product and engineering teams to turn technical breakthroughs, threat intelligence, and product capabilities into compelling customer-facing materials.
  • Budget & Agency Management: Own and allocate the global marketing budget across channels, tools, events, and external agency partners to ensure optimal CAC/LTV efficiency.
Who You Are (Requirements)
  • Proven B2B Leadership: 5+ years of marketing experience within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or cybersecurity, with at least 3+ years in a dedicated people-management or leadership role.
  • Cybersecurity/Technical Persona DNA: You deeply understand the unique mindset, pain points, and watering holes of security leaders (CISOs, SecOps, CTOs). You know how to build a high-trust narrative for a skeptical audience.
  • Experienced People Manager: A track record of successfully managing diverse, specialized teams (creative, operational, and technical) and getting the absolute best out of individual contributors.
  • Full-Funnel Expertise: You are equally comfortable reviewing a PR crisis strategy, evaluating a website re-design, or diving into pipeline velocity metrics with the sales leadership.
  • Data-Driven & Commercially Minded: You treat marketing as a science. You are deeply proficient in modern B2B growth infrastructure and tie your team's success directly to sales pipeline metrics and revenue.
  • Early-Stage Agility: While you possess the strategic capacity of an enterprise leader, you maintain the "scrappiness" required to build, iterate, and execute alongside your team in a fast-paced, post-stealth startup environment.
Bonus Points
  • Experience working alongside a highly visible founding team or managing high-profile PR launches.
  • Background in open-source software (OSS) marketing or developer-led community growth.
  • Deep foundational understanding of AI/Machine Learning concepts or vulnerability management.
