Job description

RevOps Coordinator
At Fullbay, our mission is simple - to create safer roads for our families and yours. As leaders in the heavy-duty repair industry, we power shops with technology that helps them run smarter and more efficiently. As an AI-First company, we invite artificial intelligence to eliminate friction, spark innovation, and drive efficiencies in every conversation- for our teams and our customers.
The RevOps Coordinator is the systems backbone of our revenue engine - owning the accuracy and integrity of every subscription, promo code, custom contract, and pricing adjustment that moves through our go-to-market motion. Reporting to the RevOps Director, this role sits at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Customer Success, keeping our pricebooks current, our CRM and billing data reconciled, and our deal process running without leaks. This isn't a high-visibility role - it's a high-consequence one. The details you own quietly determine whether revenue hits the books cleanly or ends up in a mess no one catches until it's too late.
The Right Wrench for the Job
In a well-run revenue operation, nothing stays accurate by accident. Pricebooks are clean because someone maintains them. Downsells don't fall through the cracks because someone owns the workflow. Promo codes don't create leakage because someone audits them. That's the kind of meticulous, process-minded ownership this role demands.
You're the right fit if you can spot a data discrepancy before it hits a report, escalate a non-standard deal before it causes a problem downstream, and close out a day knowing every record in your queue is exactly right. You don't need to be in the spotlight - you need to be the reason the engine doesn't stall.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Own the full lifecycle of promotional codes in Salesforce - from creation to retirement - ensuring every code is applied within approved parameters, audited regularly, and never becomes a source of revenue leakage.
  • Keep standard pricebooks in Fullbay accurate and current, incorporating product updates, new SKUs, and pricing tier changes so that every quote and order reflects approved rates.
  • Coordinate and execute the downsell workflow from initiation to system update: validate eligibility, obtain required approvals, update subscription records, and confirm downstream systems reflect the change. Maintain a clean audit trail.
  • Maintain data integrity across CRM and billing systems by running regular reconciliation checks on subscription records, product configurations, and account data - catching and resolving discrepancies before they surface in reporting or invoicing.
  • Build and manage custom pricebooks for non-standard commercial agreements. Track ramping schedules (multi-year escalators, usage-based tiers, step-up pricing) and ensure each stage is executed on time and recorded accurately.
  • Process new customer orders accurately and on time, reviewing each deal for completeness, flagging missing data early, and partnering with Sales to resolve issues before close - enabling a clean handoff from closed-won to onboarding.
  • Follow and help improve Deal Desk SOPs. Escalate non-standard deals requiring RevOps or Finance approval. Maintain documentation standards and contribute to a scalable, low-friction deal process.

Minimum Education & Work Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, preferably within Marketing, Sales, or Client Services.
  • Experience identifying process gaps and contributing to SOP improvements in a structured operational environment.
  • Experience with performance metrics, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and project management tools
  • Experience working in a SaaS or tech-driven environment.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extreme attention to detail - you catch what others miss
  • Organized and process-driven with a bias for clean systems
  • Clear communicator - comfortable escalating issues proactively
  • Cross-functional collaborator (Sales, CS, Finance)
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple open items simultaneously
  • Calm under pressure - keeps the pit crew on schedule
  • Subscription / billing system familiarity
  • Data entry accuracy and validation methodology
  • G-Suite experience

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions
  • Regularly required to sit at a desk in front of a computer and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls (including a computer keyboard and operating a telephone), lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
