Job description

Director of Revenue Operations (RevOps)

Are you a Revenue Operations leader who thrives on building, transforming, and scaling commercial organizations?

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a global RevOps function supporting a large, complex B2B business. You'll lead Sales Operations, Sales Systems, Sales Enablement, Territory Strategy, and Sales Compensation while partnering directly with senior commercial and executive leadership.

This isn't about maintaining what's already in place. You'll help build a more scalable, data-driven commercial engine that improves how sales teams operate and how the business grows.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop managers across Sales Operations, Systems & Tools, Sales Enablement, and Territories & Commissions.
  • Build and execute the global RevOps strategy, processes, and operating model.
  • Oversee Salesforce, CPQ, order capture, and other GTM systems and integrations.
  • Drive forecasting, pipeline analytics, dashboards, KPIs, quota planning, and business reviews.
  • Lead sales enablement, including onboarding, training, playbooks, and seller productivity.
  • Own territory design and sales compensation strategy across multiple global markets.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, HR, IT, and Legal to improve commercial performance.
  • Provide senior leadership with actionable insights to support revenue growth and decision-making.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Strategy, or a related function.
  • Experience leading managers and multi-functional teams.
  • Proven experience supporting a large, global or multi-region sales organization.
  • Broad expertise across Salesforce/CRM, sales analytics, forecasting, sales enablement, territory planning, and compensation.
  • Experience with CPQ and GTM technology preferred.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, including forecasting, quota setting, and compensation planning.
  • Experience within a B2B, manufacturing, industrial, publishing, fulfillment, or similarly complex environment preferred.
  • Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Why This Opportunity?

You'll have the opportunity to build and shape a global RevOps function, influence commercial strategy, lead multiple areas of sales effectiveness, and work closely with executive leadership.

If you're energized by building better systems, processes, insights, and teams that directly impact revenue, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact.
