This position mandates onsite work as part of our holistic home care approach. As a Physical Therapist, you will be working in an environment that prioritizes personalized care and interaction with patients. You will collaborate closely with a team comprising another physical therapist and a physical therapy assistant (PTA), allowing for a supportive and synergy-driven atmosphere that fosters professional development and teamwork.

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' needs and establish individualized treatment goals focused on rehabilitation and mobility enhancement.
• Design and implement effective care plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, assessing patient progress regularly to ensure desired outcomes.
• Manage a patient load of 2 to 3 clients per hour, delivering customized treatment sessions that may include manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education.
• Incorporate wellness strategies and fitness regimens that promote physical health, drawing on the latest research in physical therapy and rehabilitation.
• Reduce reliance on prescription medications by emphasizing non-surgical treatment alternatives, enhancing the patient’s understanding of their condition and recovery process.
• Maintain open communication with other healthcare providers to synchronize patient care and advocacy, optimizing therapeutic outcomes.
• Record and document all patient interactions and interventions accurately using EMR software such as WebPT, ensuring compliance and continuity of care.
• Engage with patients to inspire motivation in their treatment journey, fostering a supportive and encouraging therapeutic environment.

In this role, you will be servicing a diverse range of patients, primarily focusing on orthopedic care in outpatient settings. Our clients include individuals recovering from surgeries, sports-related injuries, and elderly patients aiming to improve mobility and quality of life. The unique aspect of our service is the home care format, allowing you to directly observe and adapt care strategies to the client's home environment, which is critical for their rehabilitation success.

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is required.
• Valid state Physical Therapist License with no disciplinary actions.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques is essential.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, especially WebPT.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have a background in orthopedic outpatient care. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and practices, as well as experience working in a home care setting, will be highly advantageous. The ideal candidate should also demonstrate effective communication skills, both with patients and other healthcare professionals, to enhance teamwork and care delivery.

This role offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
