About the Role

BH Architecture is a small, fast-paced architecture firm looking for a talented Revit drafter to assist with all aspects of commercial and residential project development. (Autodesk Revit experience required). You will work on a wide variety of projects and construction types, including resort/hotel, office, retail, warehouse, residential, and high-end homes.

This position requires 30 to 40 hours a week (with occasional overtime possible). We offer high flexibility and are happy to accommodate school schedules if desired.


Key Responsibilities

●     Assist with site planning and schematic design

●     Develop construction documents (CDs) and architectural details

●     Assist with exterior materials/finish selections

●     Support construction administration (CA) and project management

●     Coordinate with engineering consultants

●     Assist with file and office management


Position Location & Schedule

This position is currently offered as fully remote but will transition in less than a year to a hybrid schedule (remote and in-office work). At that time, you will be required to work part of the time in Hartville, MO. Candidates must be local to the area or planning immediate relocation.

The flexibility of remote work is an excellent benefit, but discipline, self-direction, honesty, and strong communication are absolute keys to success. You will collaborate daily with the principal architect and other remote staff, requiring a dedicated and quiet home work environment.

●     Several years of experience using Revit for architectural projects is required.

●     Experience working on U.S.-based architectural projects is required.

●     Strong attention to detail, focus, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

●     Position starts with an evaluation period to assess skills, experience, and team fit.
