Job Description Marketing Compliance Reviewer Location: Wilmington, DE (Hybrid) Duration: 6 Month Contract Pay: $40-50/hr W2 Overview: The Marketing Compliance Reviewer is responsible for reviewing proposed marketing and advertising content developed by marketing teams to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and regulatory expectations. This role focuses on consumerfacing materials related to financial products and services and serves as a key control to mitigate legal, regulatory, and reputational risk. This role evaluates content for compliance with consumer protection requirements including the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and principles articulated by federal banking regulators, including unfair, deceptive, or abusive acts or practices (UDAAP) standards.
