Become a Key Player as an Associate Sales Operations Manager

You will help the organization drive revenue growth and operational excellence by providing actionable reporting and executional support to the Account Management (AM) organization. You will partner with AM leadership and cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Strategy & Operations, GTM) to influence quarterly performance and deal execution. This role is open to remote candidates in the Pacific Time zone, with onsite options in Seattle, San Francisco, and San Jose.

  • Drive reporting and visibility for key quarterly initiatives across the AM organization
  • Track and assess performance against quarterly targets and business goals
  • Build and maintain recurring dashboards, scorecards, and operational reporting
  • Monitor pipeline creation and progression, customer engagement activity, deals closed, and revenue attainment
  • Provide forecasting and target performance visibility to field leadership
