The Manager of Revenue Integrity performs duties of moderate to high complexity, judgment, and scope under the direction of the Business office Director and AVP of Revenue Cycle. The Manager of Revenue Integrity is responsible for the planning and implementation of functional area-based system applications, developing work teams, delegating tasks, and coordinating unit or departmental projects, workflow, training and development of staff, and assists in managing the departmental budget The

Revenue Integrity Manager Oversee Charge Description Master and charge capture initiatives and processes to ensure revenue management and revenue protection. Manager of Revenue Integrity is responsible for reviews and makes necessary changes regarding hospital and professional charges ensuring services are compliant with Federal, State, private payer and other applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

  • BS BA Degree
  • At a minimum, 5 years of acute care hospital experience with healthcare charge master, healthcare coder or healthcare accounting experience in a US hospital
  • Previous Director experience highly preferred; however, we are willing to train a candidate who meets all other requirements
