Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Claims Processor,ย you will be a vital part of ourย Revenue Cycle Managementย team, responsible for ensuring accurate and timely submission ofย medical claimsย to payers. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding ofย healthcare billing requirements, CPT codes, and ICD codes. You'll be instrumental in achievingย financial integrityย and supporting the smooth operation of ourย patient accounting services.

Every day you willย transmit and retrieveย electronic patient claims, meticulously review documentation for billing accuracy, and resolveย claim editsย within our billing system and clearinghouse. Your critical thinking skills will be crucial in troubleshooting complex issues related toย payer regulationsย and guidelines, ensuringย data integrityย and maintaining strict confidentiality of medical records. You'll also actively contribute to the ongoing improvement of ourย claims processing workflows.

To be successful in this role, you willย possess a high school diploma with post-additional training inย medical billing or business-related fields. You'll demonstrate an exceptional ability to maintain current knowledge ofย industry regulationsย and consistently applyย problem-solving skillsย to resolve issues impacting revenue.
