Job description

Our client is seeking a Revenue Cycle Specialist to join their team and support the financial health of the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate billing, payment posting, claims management, and resolution of discrepancies throughout the revenue cycle process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in healthcare financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end revenue cycle functions, including claims submission, payment posting, and account reconciliation
  • Review and follow up on unpaid or denied claims to ensure timely resolution
  • Identify and address discrepancies in patient accounts, insurance billing, and reimbursements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Provide reporting and insights on revenue cycle performance metrics

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in revenue cycle, medical billing, or healthcare finance
  • Strong knowledge of claims processing, insurance regulations, and reimbursement practices
