*JOB DESCRIPTION:
Commerce Rev is growing and we're looking for a Jr. Ecommerce Sales Executive to support our sales team and help us to build up our business activities. As a Junior Ecommerce Sales Executive, you will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and growing brand awareness. To be successful in this role, you should combine knowledge of sales techniques with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ultimately, you will be responsible for creating a sales pipeline, vetting leads, and closing deals. Must be data-driven, detail-oriented, and have the ability to work with others. You will work in a highly dynamic business culture where being a valued team member and continuous learning are your top priorities.
*JOB DUTIES:
Develop and create sales pipeline for Marketplace Clients
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to consistently meet sales targets.
  • Conduct sales calls to prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our products/services.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide appropriate solutions by recommending our products or services that best meet their objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, quotes, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and conditions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback from leads
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position our products/services.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Achieve high close rate % (based on company's KPIs).
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using the company's CRM software.

REQUIREMENTS:*

  • Ecommerce experience (Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart, etc.)
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Proficient user of storytelling in sales strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to overcome sales challenges.
  • Flexibility to travel for client meetings, industry events, as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, business administration, etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of other Microsoft Office (or Google equivalent) applications: Excel, Word, Powerpoint
  • CRM experience is a plus
