  • Introduce new ideas and products that extend NEXT beyond traditional events into a broader global platform
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a global team, managing performance, resourcing, and development across multiple markets
  • Operate effectively in a multi-stakeholder, international environment, aligning diverse teams around a single vision
  • Collaborate with Event Operations to ensure delivery excellence, budget management, and an exceptional customer experience

About You
You're a fit for the role of Senior Portfolio Manager (Head of Reuters NEXT), if you have:
  • Experience leading complex, high-profile event portfolios or media-led platforms with a strong commercial focus

  • The ability to operate at the intersection of editorial, content, and commercial strategy, balancing integrity with growth
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across global, cross-functional teams
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to align diverse teams around shared objectives
  • Experience building and scaling new products, formats, or business lines within a dynamic environment
